Great staff, but when you come to hongkong in winter season, I recommend to bring your own jacket / sweater coz there's only pair of blanket with no heater in your room.. :)

Overall, the environment is good and suffice for staying since most of the time you are venturing outside. The staff is friendly and do voice up for anything you need.
