The bathroom are always dirty and the beds with dust

rooms smell of old unwashed clothes, should get rid of carpets. Saw a staff member lay bedding out on the floor (nasty) to fold it then put it directly on a bed.

a simple kitchen would have been great otherwise a really good spot.

The rooms were all incredibly clean, and the layout of the entire hostel gave off a nice atmosphere. It's definitely the most value for money, given the lovely rooms and the fact that there's free breakfast provided! Will definitely be staying here again :)

Excellent hostel. Very good breakfast, laundry room and bedroom. The shower has a push bottom and the light in the bathroom is turned on by movement, except for those, we highly recommend this hostel.

Stuff is very kind and helpful. I stayed in a 4 people room and the curtains is a perfect way to keep your privacy. The only thing I didn't like is that bathroom and toilet need a better ventilation system which would avoid bad smells. The place is near to main attractions and it's easy to get by bus and tube.

Security i think it was ok and the name of safe stay cover the idea of security so you could take my answer as excellent security!!!!!! Really good place to stay brand new as well, good in all the aspect even the atmosphere was good!!!!!! On little details side i m in hostel right now and they had the brilliant idea to put so plugging socket on the wall beside the bed, really small detail but really helpful and brilliant Also good breakfast, little croissant yogurt, really brilliant!!!

This was my first time staying in hostel. I enjoyed this place. Staff is nice and were very helpful. Good price for good stay. They have good lockers where you can lock your stuff. I would rate 95% for this hostel. No problems. Happy.

The place is a lovely new establishment so cant flaw that. I was there for 6 nights and booked two nights at a time and the price went up by 10 quid every time I did which looking like a huge money making sham as I went from a 4 bed ensuite, to a 4 bed without a bathroom to a 8 bed with the rising price and it was mid week too! Most of the staff were friendly barring a couple of REALLY rude people at the reception. The lounge area and bar (cheap drinks) are great!!

Really friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere fell like between an hotel and an hostel. It's closeto the train station, subway, bus stop and to a lot of food shop. My only negative critic is the lack of kitchen which lead to a simple breakfast (croissant, kornflakes, (good) coffee, tea and bad tasting fruitjuice)

The place itself was great. Clean, good atmosphere, large common room with tons of outlets, tables, comfy chairs, and a great patio. The area is sketchy though, especially at night.

It was ok, could be always better. Maybe one staff member rude.

Probably the most "luxurious" hostel I've stayed in. Very clean, modern atmosphere. The surrounding area seemed a bit rough, and was surprised when walking in. Wifi only in the basement/lounge which is a great open area with foosball, pool, bar, etc. Good place to meet people and have a few drinks. Would return and recommend.

We stayed in triple en-suite rooms at 3 different occasions while going back and forth to trips within Europe. The hostel is fairly new and looks great. Very good breakfast included. It is spotless clean and they've got excellent facilities.stylish lounge, luggage room, vending machines and so on. It lacked on atmosphere though, since you couldn't see people socializing in the common areas. Likewise, the staff kept to themselves. They don't make a real effort to make you feel welcome.
