Lovely old building, the plaques explaining the history of each room were a particularly nice touch.

The bathroom was literally a closest. The staff were not friendly or helpful. It was not worth the money I paid for it.

More suited to groups then solo travellers. When we stayed the card keys were not working however the staff were happy to let you into your room whenever so it was of no real inconvenience. Breakfast was good but v busy, as would be expected.

Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff and delicous croissants in breakfast :) Thanks a lot to Luigi and Imran and the others for everything. Only drawback of hostel was Wi-Fi connection. But it's not a big deal.

This hostel is just SO INCREDIBLY CLEAN. It was tremendous to find an inexpensive place to stay where one doesn't feel dirtier after using the shower than beforehand. The old house it is in is also wonderful.

Located centrally, in a beautiful, old building. Quite good breakfast too.

This period building has loads of charm and I really loved the little plaques at each door containing some interesting historical facts about the room. The dorm was spacious and quiet. The included breakfast was good value for the money and nice quality. Crisp white sheets on the bed added to the general tidy impression of the room. The shower was a bit fiddly but after a minute I understood the concept, maybe a little explanation by staff could have helped but it was hot water :))

There are turning this into a luxury hostel so you pay a high price for weekends. The hostel is close to the town and everything was clean and working. The free breakfast was cereal, coffee, croissants, yogurt, and apples which was pretty nice. When you factor that in it brings the value up. This was not a hostel to meet people. Not a social hang out so I would recommend others if travelling alone. If a safe place to stay while you explore your set plans is what your after, then this is it.

Great quiet place, with a lovely historical charm. A price of a hostel, a setting of a hotel, and a classy one!

This hostel has a grat charme for being an old victorian house. It´s so cool, going through it and feeling like being in the old time. It was not a house to meet people, it was quiet, but for me ok. The breakfast was very good! Even fruits! It is close to the centre and very close to the central train and bus station. I enjoyed it a lot and would definitely come back!
