This place is so nice for a hostel. The lounge/bar area is huge! Showers are nice, beds are nice. Overall great place to stay in London.

Superb Hostel. We were a group of 12 and we had 2 rooms with 6 beds each. Clean, well located near the underground station, and the overall design and facilities were excellent. The only detail was a not so nice staff member in the night shift who wasn't very helpful or willing when we asked about directions to a place, but other than him all the other staff members were very polite and friendly!

Hi, We were 8 friends and we really enjoyed staying all in the same room. The hostel is clean, you opens the doors only with the key and there is a cage under the bed if you want to put your luggage and your staff (bring a locker!). The only things missing are drawers in the room. Mara

Very clean and great beds and duvet! Love the curtains which provided all the privacy a tired traveller needed. Good location with very good buses and subway lines. Felt very safe either in neighbourhood and in the hostel itself.

the room we had was very nice for what we needed it was oppersite the toilet which was very handy as we had 3 childern with us the only thing that let it down was the noise of the people in the joining room they seamed to spen the night banning on their door and slaming the bathroom door as well as their own room door this went on till the early hours so not much sleep was acheved

Excellent accommodation for a hostel although I was a little alarmed at having to climb into a top bunk at my age (64)! My fault for not looking properly, the first time we stayed we had a room for 3 so were in a double bed on ground level. But facilities were great for my husband who is slightly disabled, particularly the lovely bathroom. Beds made and towels changed just like a real hotel! Great value for money.

The hostel is beautiful, great building and extremley high standard of cleanliness, the location was okay but I felt a little unsafe at night as I am travelling alone. Unlike other hostels I felt the staff weren't as welcoming as they could be, getting drunk in the bar area and were a little rude at times. This is not a place to meet people if you're alone, it's definitely a hotel with bunk beds. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again when visiting london just for one night.

+ nice big room with big telly + spacious bath + good lounge - bed is far to small for people over 190 cm - the request for a third blanket was refused (we were three people) - the doublebed was far to small - no towel rail near the shower - two days no toilet paper

Really beautiful hostel, much more like a fancy hotel except for the shared rooms. Shower and bathroom in every room plus more in the hallways which was great. Very close to the tube station as well.

If you look at the neighborhood the hostel is really out of its place but in a good kind. It looks like an actual boutique hostel. Every bed has his own outlet, night-light and curtains around the bed so you have some privacy. The breakfast is minimal, dry/plastic croissants with strawberry or blueberry jam and 3 kinds of packaged cereal. The bar is open till 01.00 but it's filled with 14/16 year olds. There are no activities planned by the hostel, a missed opportunity. Organize something!

I have stayed in some hostels in London over the years, but this One was just so great with it being new, and the staff are just friendly welcoming when you get there. Keep the good work going, as I would be Happy to stay there again.
