We love staying at the Saga and the location couldn't be better. Thanks for all your help making our visit fun!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sure not everything was perfect, which I think is normal for 2 stars, but it was very clean and the rooms have been tidied every day. Also the breakfast was more than I have expected.

The room was great. Small and basic, but we had everything we needed. The common areas were not that clean though and I have to agree that the corridors smell rather unpleasant. It got pretty noisy in the evenings, the walls are super thin. The breakfast was unbelivably good though, it made up for all the negatives big time. Staff are friendly and great location right by the train station. Overall good value for money.

Room and bathroom smeelling very bad

Just some strange people among the hosted.

Stayed in the hostel for four nights. Room on the first night was very noisey being located beside the stariwell and facing the road. However, when I asked to be changed the staff were extremally pleasant and cahnged us to another room overlooking the backcourt yard at the far end of the thrid floor so it was very quiet. The bicycle rental rents were very reasonable and we were given access to the bicycles whenever we wanted which was great. Great staff and great location.

Good location close to Central Station. Staff was yelling in the hallways & rude at the desk. There are definitely better options in Copenhagen that are worth spending a few extra Euro on.

Nice breakfast but too bad only boiled eggs were available from warm dishes (no sausages or scrambled eggs...). Nevertheless nice variety of bread, bread tops and musli. Rooms ok, but basically no wardrobe (or rather no shelves in wardrobe so only few clothes can be hanged). Toilets not the highest quality. Good rooms for staying for the weekend but maybe not longer. Creepy lady at the registration :)

The place was nice for people just staying over. Location is EXCELLENT - 1min away from the train station and walking distance away from the city center. Breakfast was very good. We had clean lenens and towels (I read reviews for other hostels and hotels that it is not the case). However, the walls were very thin, so not recommended for people who have a light sleep.

Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Room were quite cosy and tidy. Hotel was little bit noisy at night because poor soundproofing. Good location just beside the railwaystation where the trains from airport arrive. Very good hotel for a few nights stay.
