Terms & Conditions:
1. Reservation: In order to confirm your reservation a one night's stay per person will be charged. A valid credit card must be provided. The balance is paid at check in unless otherwise stated and can be paid by cash, debit, or credit card (we accept pay pal but must have a valid credit card on file). The one night deposit is for Sage Wellness Hostel and is separate from the fees of the booking agent/website. Without this deposit we will not guarantee your reservation and it will be cancelled.
2. Taxes: The provincial/federal tax "HST" of 13% is not included in any of the prices and will be added on to all deposits, payments and cancellations.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 48 hours or more in advance prior to check in. Cancellations made within 48 hours before your reservation will be charged a one night's rate. Please try to cancel in advance to avoid unnecessary charges.
4. Check In at 4 PM and Check Out is at 10 AM. Suitcases can be left here in the hallway after check out but we are not responsible for them.
5. When approved and confirmed you may arrive before 12pm but this will result in a charge of one extra day.
6. You may check in between 1:30pm-3:45pm (13:30-15:45) only to leave suitcase and return at 4pm for proper check in. This must be done 48 hours prior to check in by email notification with approximate time and must be confirmed by Sage Wellness.
7. Check out after 10am will result in a one day extra charge. Must vacate everything from room before 10am to prevent extra charge. (Feel free to lounge in common area after checkout)
8. Keys must be returned the night before check out. Lost keys result in a fine of $50.00.
9. We are NOT responsible for any lost/stolen or damaged items. Personal lockers are provided for a rental charge of $2.00/day. (Guests staying 15 days or longer get complimentary use of a locker.
10. Upon check in you are provided with; 1 towel, 1 robe, 1 linen set and 1 blanket. If staying more than 2 weeks a new fresh set will be provided. These items must not leave the hostel. Extra towels for hair or body will be provided for a fee of $2.00 and must be left at the hostel. Lost/Damaged/Stolen items will result in a penalty charge.
11. No food is allowed in the rooms at anytime and under no circumstances. Anyone found with food in the room will be fined $50.00 and removed from hostel. Eating can be done in kitchen at the table, on couches or in the library. Beverages (water, juice, tea etc) are allowed in bedrooms, please use coasters. Dispose of drinks accordingly when finished with them.
12. Bathroom: personal toiletries and products (toothbrushes, face cream etc) that do not belong to the hostel must be stored in the drawers provided or in lockers. Do not leave them in the bathroom for hygienic reasons. Wet towels and robes must be hung in the bathroom not in the rooms.
13. Washing clothes in sinks, hanging them to dry or hair colouring/dying in the bathroom or bedrooms is not allowed. You will be fined $50.00.
14. Kitchen is fully furnished. All appliances can be used unless otherwise labelled however, broken or damaged items will result in a penalty charge. Refrain from washing dishes; leave them in the tub of soap in the sink. Staff Hostess will wash and sanitize them. Tea and coffee is unlimited so please enjoy.
15. Bedrooms: Do not adjust the heating/air conditioning. The Staff present can assist you.
16. Breakfast Times: Gourmet breakfast table set for 4 ppl maximum at each time sitting, reservation must be made.
(Time slots; 6am-7am, 7:30am-8:30am, 9am-10am peak season)
Self Serve: 8am-10am (before 8am need 24 hours notice) (before 6am must take to go, will be packed the night before) is served between 8:30am and before 10 AM.
17. The Staff here are your hostess' please act as a guest and don't abuse your stay. Respect all terms and Conditions and think of the space as your own. Please be conscious that it is shared space and the hostesses are not always available… Enjoy your stay and feel free to ask questions.

The Two Rooms
City View Room
If you like a bright room with a view of the city, this is the room for you! This room sleeps 5 with 2 bunk beds and a slide out bed. A huge window lets the sun in and faces the local city street of Eglinton Ave West. Additional bonus features include a large closet, storage cubbies, night lights for privacy, a chandelier, relaxing chairs, air conditioning and heating. All amenities and breakfast included.
Dolce Donne Room
This is a semi-private double dorm room can easily accommodate a group up to 6-7 people, with an ensuite washroom, 2 sets of bunk beds, a single bed and a double bed pullout futon. Additional bonus features are a separate makeup counter, a separate vanity sink, air conditioning and heating. All amenities and breakfast included.

I'm a Holistic Practitioner & Chef that caters to you. I will be available for service and consultations by appointment only. I try to make SageWellness B&B Hostel & Spa at least 80% organic and healthy! Classes are done at the hostel for a special price for guest staying here.     Very nice people, hostel close to bus and metro at 15 minutes from downtown, very clean, a lot of things to eat for breakfast. It smells good when you come in and you\'ll feel like home. But don\'t go there if you\'re afraid of heat.
