Customer service is very poor. The owner came just once when we arrived to give us the keys. We stay in the double bedroom, near the lounge area. Our door didn't close properly and the PC& Wi-Fi didn't work during our 4 days permanence. It seemed that nobody was around to check if the guests were ok. I would recommend this Hostel just for few days for the great location near the Sagrada and the Metro stop.

The Hostel is superb, friendly staff and the rooms were just perfect for my needs of somewhere clean and nice to sleep, since the rest of the time I would be out enjoying Barcelona and your certainly can't complain about the location or price. I would definitely stay there again.

The toilet, bathroom and kitchen were clean and reformed recently, but the room's quality was poor: the mattress was so old that we couldn't sleep properly, the windows are so old that they don't close fully and the wind comes into the room, it was very cold and we didn't have enough blankets. It was so cold while sleeping that I left Barcelona with a cold. Moreover, the locks and handles of the doors are so old that were difficult to open, even without closing them with key.

I had a booking and aranged a check-in time as i was adviced to do, but nobody came to give me the key for the room and nobody answered the phone. After waiting in front of the building for more than two hours and having 20 calls unanswered, i was lucky to find another hostel. Never again!

ATTENTION in the description it says "breakfast included" but it is not. Staff is helpless and beds are like from world war I. Only good thing: location.

++++ Very cheap for a doublebed room, very near to a metro station and to La Sagrada Familia, kitchen well equipted ------- Sometimes dirty, one day only cold water in the shower, a lot of rooms are very dark, the blanket was not really clean, our room wasn´t ready when we arrived, noone of the hostelteam was there at our arrivel time, we was waiting more than one hour, the internet doesn´t work, no breakfast (there should be one), the mattress could be a new one --> For some days it´s very ok!

We saw staff for 5mn when we arrived, and never again, you just can't throw your paper toilets in the toilets, but in a bin!! So dirty then... Our room was really small and the door was in the common area, so when you open your door, everyone can see you, your wife inside, or your stuff... There are 3 windows in the hostel, but, they can be close or open, you're hearing the same from outside...The noises was terrible! And ONE shower for around 8 rooms, that's not enough... Put 10€ more next time

I was travelling with parents, brother and 2 friends. For us it was perfect because this hostel is just a flat with 5 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and common-room (no reception) so as there were almost no other guests we kind of had our own flat in Barcelona :) very good for such a low price. If they would had working heaters in every room and some big pans and pots it would be perfect for the groups like ours.

Staff not responsible, with lies and not caring about roperty. Kitchen not very well equpied. Could be a nice place if were leaded properely. Quite dirty, cleaned every two days and not very well- very dirty oven , bathroom as it was only one for around 10 rooms should be cleaned more often. Be careful with equipement in the rooms -easy to break! On the beginnng internet was not working. We had to deal with some things on our own cause owner was never there.

the audibility is very hight- "cardboard walls", the one and only window in our room looked to a very small courtyard, so it was always dark in the room. we've looked into another rooms (6 or 7 ) - and only one of them had normal window with the look to the street. it was a little bit cold in the room and the heater was broken. but for all that we had the great possibility to admire the Sagrada Familia every evening before going to bed, because it's just 3 minutes by foot from the hostel)

This place is horrible. Kitchen is okay, but rooms are cold, mattresses are HORRIBLE and wi-fi doesnt work at all. Floor is dirty and there is nothing fun in this place. No tv, no computer etc. At the winter time our room was extremely cold, there should be better blankets at least! Also staff should be there when is agreed to meet!!!!
