There was mold on the walls in our room and the bed sheets were all stained. The bathroom was nasty and some of the staff were rude and not overly helpful :(

The 24/7 reception consists out of a person sleeping in the lobby and being there to just hand you the keys and open door. The location is okay, but the small street is really creepy especially at night! We did not feel comfortable! We found huge bugs in our bathroom!!! We did not feel comfortable to shower and go to the bathroom! Would definitely not recommend going to that hostel!!

Great location. Friendly, English speaking staff. Lockers were big enough. Free breakfast is nice. Not huge, but a great way to get going on the morning. There is kitchen space to use if you want ;)

Really nice staff, very helpful with any questions you have. Beds were very large and decently comfortable. Big bathroom. Warm shower. A lot of stairs to get to your room! Breakfast was typical but appreciated

Was a good place I would go back

The hostel is to a good standard and being on the 4th floor was relatively quiet, for a city although on lift Location was good. But finding the hostel can be difficult. Maybe sending a picture of the allyway entrance might help new customers. Towels and wifi is included plus shower gel. Which helps reducing the baggage load . Theres lots of local places to eat and open late

Tidy hostel. 6th floor is a long way up with no lift. But there is a nice area for having a smoke, drying clothes, and possibly socialising up there. Hot water exists a few hours each day. Internet every other day. Half the staff shouldn't be in hospo, the other half are lovely. sadly the former are the management and kitchen staff. The good ones have little English or work the nights. Bum sprays run off toilet cistern so next to useless. It ain't horrific for $7US...

Hoping to get better welcoming from the reception and the kirchen staff could be nicer.

Fairly central. Hard to find but not bad at all x

I booked a single room in this place. The room was tiny and had no window!!So sad!And there was nothing to store clothes. The room also was very noisy, I could here every word spoken in the room next door. All in all not clean at all. Location is good, very loud and touristy though. There are many other Hostels and Guesthouses next door for much better value for the money and cheaper, too.

Overall, a solid hostel with breakfast included and a cool little rooftop room to chill on. Simple breakfast is included each morning. About a minute walk to the main road, but because of the alley, it's surprisingly quiet in the hostel. I'd recommend!

This hostel was a great location for me. I got off the bus with my heavy luggage (not a backpack) crossed the road, then walked down the narrow laneway to their front door. It took less than 5 minutes to get there. The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the park lining the main road nearby. The park offered plenty of walking space for me to carry my luggage to the airport bus nearby (cheaper than a taxi) the next day. So this stay worked out well. Thank you.

We book this hotel because we had been two weeks before during 2 nights. We book one room with 4 beds and after we arrived to the hostel, we get 4 beds in 3 diferents rooms. Maybe in our first night it is not important, but it was our last night of the trip and we want to be all together.

Soft beds, good aircon, nice breakfast, new blanket every other day, fast laundry service, working computers, wifi in second floor dorm was strong enough for a long video Skype call. Kind staff. But teeny common area, and the tour prices are a few dollars overpriced. Not a party hostel, its a more mature place to relax. Good central location and staff stayed up until 2am to check me in from a late flight.

Really nice hostel. Friendly staff, good place to meet people, the bar is fun at night. The location is pretty central. Clean, comfy beds. Nice bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Guests were not supposed to walk inside the small lobby with their flipflops but put them aside once inside near the entrance or inside the shoe boxes. There were guests who did not observe the unspoken instruction thus leaving dirt inside the otherwise clean lobby. The staff should make it a point to clean their lobby regularly to make it truly welcoming. A small point but your feet feels it. Should clean the single rooms every day if only to take away empty water bottles.
