We were very happy to learn that you felf satisfied at our upgrading your original booking to a higher class room type at the main building Hotel Saigon Mini 1. But we were very sorry for that we could not spare any better and higher class of room type left for your extended night due to the fact that we already fully booked, and there was one basic standard no window room left at our Saigon Mini 2. Very sorry to learn that you informed your extension a little bit late. Before you completed a new booking, the price was also displayed and confirmed clearly and directly by our receptionist staff to you. If you were not happy at its value, you could let us know as soon as possible to make another arrangement at our main building Saigon Mini 5 on Bui Vien street Again, we are very sorry for the experience.
