This hotel is clean, safe& e location is excellent. Miss Smiley ( i presume she is e manager) is a helluva 1 kind of a staff. So friendly& helpful!
The rest of e staff r polite but not as nice as her, she has to train them to be more friendly& helpful.
There were noises (from e security guard walkie talkie) at 7-10am on my last night there& it disturbed my sleep; but Smiley took note on that.

We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and niceness of this hotel in Saigon. The staff were very friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were elegant and clean.
