* One of the clauses of the Hotel Regulations:
- According the regulations of the Vietnam Government, all visitors of hotel guests are required to leave their passport or ID cards at the Front Desk and only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms before 21.00 hrs. All visitors after 21.00 hrs will not be allowed to go to the guest room, in particular if they are Vietnamese nationals who would like to visit the foreigner guest in the room. A guest who is not a Vietnamese citizen cannot share a room with a Vietnamese citizen without proof of marriage to each other. Otherwise, a second room must be booked. This is the law, which we cannot deviate.
