This hotel is a dream come true. Excellent value in a perfect location. The rooms are very clean, nice furnishings, comfortable bedding and plenty of accessories, flip flops, toothbrush, shampoo etc. The staff are 5-star !! We were so thrilled with this place.

While we were booked with Saigon Mini Hotel 1, when we got there we were informed that we would be moved to SMH 5. It was upsetting at first (we just wanted to check in after an exhausting 12-hr bus ride) but it turned out okay since they assisted us with the quick transfer & when we saw the deluxe room of MiniHotel 5, it was just lovely & spacious. Esp loved the comfy beddings. The staff also helped book tours/theater tickets for us without extra charge. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff and security were very helpful and sincere. However, there were discrepancies in the quality of the rooms. We had booked two rooms of the same price but one was much smaller and lower in quality. The other down side was that the bathroom door in one of the rooms could not close and so we had to prop the door shut and open using the bathroom's dust bin. The first problem was remedied but the second, no.

have stayed for first two nights when we arrived. Every thing was perfect for me, i got the deluxe room. checked out on the 3rd night because i forgot to extend stay but then was able to come back for the next 4 to 5 days. Got the standard. Was alright, staff are friendly and the room and bathroom were clean. I never had bad experience until the night of my flight home. My dollars and pesos,my netbook and credit cards, atm and a lot of my important stuff are missing from the safety deposit box.

Saigon Mini Hotel (we stayed in the main hotel) provides excellent rooms and service for its price range. We (a 30-ish couple) stayed here for two nights at the end of a fortnight in Vietnam. The location is great and the rooms are first class (including the bathroom - a rare thing in vietnam!).

Nice clean rooms, helpful staff and in a good location

I found it to be a decent place to stay and would recommend it. My room was very clean, comfortable, and secure. The staff were excellent. They all were really friendly and helped me out with everything that I needed. Its in a good location near the busy Bui Vien street but thankfully you cant hear it!

A very nice place to stay. Excellent location and the staff were great. I really liked the bedding... Spuds strange but ave a great nights sleep!
