Very bad experience. Check in "closes" at 11 pm, and for each hour later they charge 5 £/hour. I arrived just few minutes after midnight, and they charged me 2 hours (10 £), not fair.. and not a good attitude!

Great location. Very convenient to get to almost every place by underground. It is especially convenient when I got there from Heathrow airport via Piccadilly Line. Straight way, with accessible lift so it is easy to lift the luggage to the ground. Nice staff, nice people. Yet the bed could be quite noisy when people make any slight movement, which could be annoying . The bathroom is a little bit too small. It is somehow difficult to move in the shower.

Pros: Spacious room (3-person private). Clean bathrooms. Lots of outlets to charge your devices overnight. Safe location. Not too much night noise. Cons: They will warn you that they charge a 3% fee for any credit card transaction to discourage you from paying that way, but they won't tell you they markup the exchange rate by 3.5% for foreign debit transactions, so watch out for that. The "free" breakfast is literally just a bag of bread, a toaster, and some spreads (Nutella and jam).

Rooms are small. Very limited space for 6 peeps to have their backpacks in any sort of useful space.

Showers could do with unblocking the drains as it would have overflown if we didnt turn it off halfway through, and the wifi is virtually non-existent as it continually cuts out and is very weak. But location to the metro is great and easy to find. And very clean hostel. Lovely place.

The trash in our room was never taken out, so it piled up during the 4 days we were there. Also, the noise level was not regulated in the hostel late at night. It sounded like the floor above us was throwing boulders to the ground at 4am. This continued for about 30 min and was never reprimanded.

Had a really amazing time here! Really easy to get there, nice staff (was showed arround during check-in), breakfast was normal. The only problem was there were no individual lights on our dorm. 2 girls got in at 4am and turned the lights on and woke us all.

Have stayed in this part of London before but not at this hostel, so glad to have discovered this little gem. the staff were great and very helpful, the hostel was busy with a good mix of ages, the room was clear and tidy and a real bargain at the price, the bathrooms and toliets were excellent, very clean, breakfast room was busy but had a nice buzz to it. the real gem at this hostel is def the staff, an excellent hostel at a bargain price especially for a city like London.

I thought it was great! Adding fruit to the breakfast would make it even better! :)

The hostel was good, out of the way from the city centre, but worth staying there and then taking the tube in. We stayed in a 3 bedroom private suite. Which was a tiny room with a triple bunkbed and a sink. Not super great, but we were only there to sleep. Overall, good for the price.

The house is really beautiful and well kept as is the neighbourhood. I really enjoyed the breakfast although the kitchen was a little messy most of the time. My only complain is about the bed or the mattress which was really bent causing a ditch in the middle that gave us serious back aches. I would strongly recommend you guys to check that out because it's really uncomfortable. Otherwise I had a great time!

Great place! Very close to the tube (and that's everything you need in London as for location), nice and clean (they have a dishwasher!). Breakfast is also good. We'd definitively stay there again.

We stayed here twice. at the beginning and end our trip. There were people of all ages here. It isn't a fancy place, but it provided what we needed.

I couldn't get the Staff on the mail or phone... maybe the check in desk is under reorganisation... You have to pay extra to check in after 11pm...

It's near Earl's Court metro. It's clean and a great place. The price is excellent also.

A good place to stay. Easy to find from the train station. Nice and warm when it was zero degrees celsius outside. The girl at front desk was incredibly nice and helpful. I was only there for one night and the neighbourhood seemed nice, albeit not overly exciting. Wifi was good. I would stay again!
