A little of the dear side however it is a nice hostel that just needs to promote itself more
Good all round experience. It's definitely not a party hostel, but nice building only 3 minute walk from Earls Court Station. Good sized communal areas with large outdoor area also. Only downside was the bathrooms which were filthy: Constant water and hair all over the floors, toilets often out of toilet paper, extremely cramped showers with the drain often blocked.
The hostel has a great location, 5 min walk from metrostation Earl's Court (Zone 1). The hostel is fine (big garden!), the shared kitchen is big and clean. Breakfast is simple but good (toast, cornflakes, jam, tea, coffee, juice). The only downside is that the hostel isn't very clean. When we arrived, our sheets were dirty (hairs etc) and there was still trash in the bin. The ensuite bathroom was really tiny and smelled a little like a dirty public toilet... Cleaning more often would help a lot!
Only stayed overnight, was good location close to the underground.
なんと缶ビールをただでくれた。部屋にロッカーあり。 The staff gave me a can of beer for free! Brilliant!
A great hostel for my one night stay in London. Small rooms and bathrooms but large, very comfortable living areas and a great outdoor space. Very easy location a minute or two walk from Earl's Court Station, on well connected tube lines.

Happy, friendly, receptionist. Very generous communal areas and simple, nice, back yard in good weather. Rooms with reassuringly strong metal bunks spaced adequately in my 8 bunk room. A bit squeaky, but who goes to hostels without earplugs? Simple but welcome help-yourself breakfasts at only £2 more than the booking fee. The kitchen area was well kept. Although being at Earl's Court this isn't the most central hostel, it is quiet and in a nice area. I think I've found my London pied-à-terre.
The rooms are small but tidy, there isn't too much space for your luggage. The bathrooms are even smaller. The patio is a great place to have a meal and socialise.
Good enough value for money. The hostel wasn't as clean as it could be. Lots of hair on our linen and in the mixed bathrooms. Especially on the floor and in the showers - should be cleaned more often. The common space was nice enough, but lacked a bit of private space - unfortunately we couldn't stay in our rooms at all during the day as there wasn't a single chair even. We were hoping for some general information about London or the weather. No board games etc. for rainy days. Kitchen too small
The hostel offered everything you need and a little more. The room was large´, the bed was comfortable and the location was quite. The bathroom and shower facilities were clean and pleasant. The breakfast was solid, including a range of cereals. The common areas were comfortable, especially the large backyard. area with picnic tables.

The shower are so small that you can move inside, and sometimes the pipes were stuck. The common areas are always clean, but they do not change the sheet beetween one guest and the next one and i see it more than once.Is the same with the floor in therooms,a bit dirty. Everything it is new and that help a lot. The staff is great.
The hostel was great with great people. There was only this one night where locals came in with people staying in that were really noisy. As for the noise in our room, well we don't have much power over that. I did have a nice stay, just a few minutes away from the tube station which was great.
Great location, good staff and clean. Only downside is a lot of stairs if you stay on the top floor and breakfast is less than average (but this is the case with most London hostels).
Very nice place, quiet at night, very friendly ahd helpful staff, and I met friendly and interesting people. The charging people for using the kitchen or not depending on which room they were in was a bit odd, but wasn't an issue for me. I did wish there was an option for tea and coffee even if you didn't need to use the kitchen; the website isn't clear that free tea and coffee is NOT for everyone.
I highly recommend this hostel due to the good location, safety, friendly and helpful staff and the cleanliness which is something I am really worried about every place I stay. so, keep up the good job.
