Secure,quiet, clean and affordable hostel located only 20mins walk from Arusha town on the Arusha-Nairobi/Moshi road.
We have ensuite rooms and rooms with common showers. We have singles, doubles, Triples and dorm beds.
We have also a nice lush garden for camping and guests can do self catering. We have hot showers, 24 hour reception, internet and laundry services and a tourist information desk that offer FREE information on travelling within East Africa.

I love Sakina! I have stayed at Sakina many times during the past 18 months (2011-12) and always return because Robert Lawrence is such a great manager and Sakina is such a nice place. He always makes sure guests are happy and have everything they need. Sakina is a quiet and friendly place to spend a few days before or after your safari. Robert also arranges trips to Kilimanjaro and safaris to Serengeti, etc. and the people returning from his trips report that they all had good experiences.
