*Narita Airport >> Keisei line limited express (do not take 'Sky Liner') >> Keisei Yawata station >> walk 5 minutes >> Moto Yawata station >> Subway Shinjuku line >> *(Shinjuku station >> Keio New line >>) Hatagaya station >> Sakura Hotel Hatagaya
*Most Subway Shinjuku line cars connect directly to Keio New line (no need to change at Shinjuku station)

If you have large luggage - the easier way: approx.100 minutes,
*Narita Airport >> Airport Limousine bus >> Shinjuku station >> Keio New Line (not Keio line, but Keio 'NEW' line) >> Hatagaya station >> Sakura Hotel Hatagaya

From Haneda Air-port: about an hour.
*Haneda Airport>>Daimon(Keikyu line)>>Shinjyuku(Oedo line)>>Hatagaya(Keio-new line)
