room i was in was paritucaltly cramped as it was on the corner of the building and there is no common room or anything like that. apart from that, great staff and great location

I had a great time at this hostel and I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo! It was a little far from some places, but it was a nice area and I didn't have any problems because of that. The atmosphere was definitely great -- I met a lot of cool people while hanging out in the lobby. The staff was also extremely helpful in giving me directions, etc.

The 8 bed dorms are the tightest squeeze I\'ve ever experienced, though it\'s an extremely sociable hostel so the roommates kind of made up for it. The local area shuts down pretty early in the evening, so the reception/social area takes over. I had a lot of fun. As a base for exploring Tokyo, it might be a little far out for some people, though the shrines etc in the Asakusa area itself are both ancient and lovely. Just think about what time last trains are from the more lively areas if you\'re thinking about staying here. Top tip, Jakotsuyu Onsen, only 5 minutes walk away.

Staff is extremely nice, should give all of them a pay rise.

Fun, clean and helpful staff. A bit of a distance from the subway station but not a real inconvenience.

Immaculate bathrooms. Great shower facilities. Clean rooms. Spacious lockers. Lots of people to meet. Comfortable lounge. Felt very secure. Only complaint would be perhaps they could use a few more internet terminals.

A little bit hard to find but no problem as any Japanese person will willingly take you in hand and show you the way - fantastic.

It was a standard issue hostel in a good location, no extra character that would make it Japenese-y and breakfast was extra being all you can eat toast. A big guy actually broke the side railing when he was climbing down above me, so if you are of larger than average size, request a lower bunk. All in all good price and clean
