It's an easy walk to the city centre. The owner is very friendly and the rooms are located above a bar. Luckily, I couldn't hear the noise coming from the bar which was good. Wifi is really good when it's working. I guess it was switched off at night until next morning. There's some constant traffic noise, but that didn't bother me so much. The main issue was the noise coming from the other rooms at 3 am (TV volume on the max, people talking loudly).

With limited space to comment, i'll keep it brief. Wifi pros - amazing speed connectivity throughout hotel. cons - switched off from (approx) 1am to midday. Room pros - recently decorated, clean, spacious, comfortable. Shower in the corner, meaning you only need to leave room for the toilet. Cons - busy road, so if the sound of traffic rumbling past keeps you awake this place is NOT for you. Facilities -the bar is nice, but it's only open in the evenings. Cons -no kitchen facilities

Weirdest room I''ve ever stayed in, the room didn't have its own bathroom but there was a shower in the corner of the room across from the bed. The room was clean and comfortable but it was annoying to have to walk down the hall for a bathroom that we had to share with everyone else. For what I paid I had expected to have my own bathroom so it was kind of disappointing. Also the light right outside the window was annoying at night.

Location not the best, sort of out of the way but was a great value for our money. The owner, Lee is so proud of his establishment and really enjoys having people stay there and makes you feel at home. Very laid back atmosphere with a cool bar below the rooms. Really a great place to stay. It was new a fun. I definitely recommend this as a great budget stay!

We had a really nice time there. It's a nice place to stay for a convenient price. We had everything we needed, the stuff is very kind and helpful. The hotel isn't far from town centre and a tube station so it's very convenient too. Will definitely book again on my next trip to Manchester.
