Very clean, excellent breakfast, helpful English speaking staff.I think this is in fact a hotel, not a hostel. I thought that location was good, quite and nice Austrian village atmosphere. Definately recommend.

We loved staying here! It was a wonderful place and we hated to leave. If you want to be in the heart of Salzburg then stay somewhere else but we loved being out of town a little bit and the bus system is easy to figure out! We WILL be back here someday!

It was fantastic, the only downside was that it is about 25 min outside of Salzburg. The breakfasts were fantastic and the staff were marvelous.
