We enjoyed Sam Sen Sam! Make sure you know what room you're booking(ie a/c or fan) if that matters to you. Great free breakfast. They offer laundry service too! Close to koh sahn road if that's your thing.

It's a nice guest house, really quiet but still in walking distance to the khao san road. Breakfast could have been a bit more, but it's included so whatever. Free Wifi. Would stay there again.

The owners were very frendly and helpful. The room was a little hot but clean. The toilets were mixed but very clean. Quiet and warm. 5/7 minutes to Kosan Rd. Supermarket (7/11) and ATM around the corner. We recommend it if you're looking for a quiet place but very close to the tourist bars and restaurants.

Very decent place, good location close to khao san and all the transport options, very quiet area. breakfast basic if you make a booking with hostelworld ( extended version for other guests booking some better rooms probably), not very social place, staff nice but not very informative.

Very friendly and homey guesthouse! Will definitely stay here again if in Bangkok. It is close enough to everything but not so close to Khao San Rd that it's too loud.

I stayed here for 3 days totally, and the stuffs are greatly helpful and friendly. The location is also near from the Kaosan Road. Maybe it takes 10 mini on foot. Around the hotel is not noisy at all. I can recommend to you to stay there.x

A very clean and tidy hostel. The staff are extremely helpful with anything you need and cater to every need. I found this hostel to be very well organised too! I told them that I'd like to go to the weekend market and they had a prepared piece of paper with the bus number, direction, cost, and Thai translation to and from the hostel. This happened for most of the tourist destinations we wanted to visit! They really made backpacking simple! :D Airport-hostel taxi = 500bhat & about 1 hour..

The location was probably the best part; it's about a 7 minute walk from khao San road, which is where all the partying happens. So it was great to be close to the action but not needing to hear it all night. Staff was helpful and able to communicate pretty well in English. Fine common room area.

We stayed here early feb 2013 and had a brilliant time. Them lady on the reception in the morning was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and was included in the price. Only 10 minutes to koh san road and in walking distance of other attractions. Would definately recommend.
