We had a fantastic time, although perhaps the stairs going down to the rooms could be a bit more secure.

We were not expecting much from this place as the reviews weren't good. However we were pleasently surprised the room was clean, nice shower, wifi was good, nice sheets...no complaints realy (though the dorm rooms looked pokey...we were in a double ensuite). We were close to the main strip and could walk to the museums and apple and Noi's cooking school (which we would recommend). Staff were a bit moody though but really good for the money.

The place was a lot more run down and basic than the impression given from the pictures and description. Nice location but you don't get much for your money. The owner was nice and helpfull but he wasn't around much. The rest of the staff really struggled with English and didn't seem that bothered to be helpfull. It was ok for a night or two but I wouldn't have wanted to stay longer.

The place was for one night, it was clean simple and functional. As with other reviews, the owners were not the friendliest, but equally they were not unpleasant, they just got on with their job.(and were happy for us to leave our bags for a late pickup.) We would return as it was safe and clean.

still good value, but need some renovation ...
