This was a great hostel. Everyone who worked there was extremely helpful and friendly. All my questions were answered and the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and enjoy my stay! Safe, easy location to all the major sites. Short 20 min walk from train station. Kitchen and wifi were both great. I would highly recommend this hostel for any stay in Sevilla.
Really friendly place and the most helpful staff! Perfect location and they even helped me store my bike! Really recommend it!
Clean hostel, within walking distance of the center and San Bernardo train station. Friendly 24 hour staff and safes outside the room to lock valuables like passports. Accomodated our large group well!
I like the location of this hostel. It is a short stroll from the bus station, and very close to the Alcazar, the cathedral and the old town. The rooms are light and airy. There are a couple of good quality bars and coffee shops nearby. The hostel will do a bag of washing for you, or there is a laundrette next door. Rumour has it that there are some very authentic and traditional flamengo singing and dancing behind doors in the alleyways near by.
The hostel is located on the main street of Sevilla which is a convenient location but not really asthetic. Same goes for the insides of the Hostel. It's all very nice and clean and tidy - yes but white walls, straight lines, advisory signs and that's about all. Absolutely no atmosphere - no culture, nothing. The hostel is basically more like a Hotel - and a good one at that but nothing more. Also, expensive. Plus the wifi in dorms doesnt work. Better to stay in the jewish quarter.
Our stay at the Samay Hostel was great! The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and secure. The location is ideal, just a short walk from major sights in Sevilla. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Very good hostel with very nice people who are working there! It was a pleasure to stay in that hostel. For sure i will come back one dayGreat people are working in Samay.Hasta pronto! ;)
Clean, safe hostel. Has everything you need, good sized kitchen although we didn't use it. Beds were a bit hard but ok. Lovely staff and a cool rooftop terrace. Good bathroom
Friendly staff and great location right next to the Jewish Quarter. They keep the common areas clean as well as look after the security of the place as people come and go out the door. The rooms are big with high ceilings and are also kept very clean. They have a nice roof top bar/sun deck that has great views. Lastly the staff are very helpful providing information on all the attractions in the are.
Great place to stay, good location that is close to restaurants & there's a bus stop at your door step, most sites only 30 minutes or less walk. All staff were fantastic & would recommend getting a drink on the rooftop & watching the sunset.

Hostel changed booking from twin ensuite to bunkbeds without telling us in advance - nowhere to sit down and poorer room. Ok these things happen and a partial refund was given, but the manager did not want to give this. It took some serious persuading to get it.. Otherwise staff were friendly and helpful. Well equipped and very clean kitchen
-Minuses; Safetyboxes not working, the airconditioning not on daytime/too cold nighttime(you can't adjust it yourself or turn it off/on and there was 2 broken refrigerators and only one small one working for All the people in hostel. Why?! BUT staff was nice (especially the girl from Finland), location is good, especially if you are traveling by train, rooms were ok. So all in all, good place to spend 2-3 days.
I really enjoyed my stay here the only critism is that the locks did not work however the staff accomadated this by keeping personal belonging secure.

We had a spacious and clean double room - very nice. This hostel is just perfect for Sevilla- helpful staff, centrally located, rooftop bar.
Definitely one of the best hostels I've ever lived! My friend and I loved it so much! Staff are very friendly. This hostel made me feel more like a home, very comfortable. I felt so safe. It was very close to the city center and easy to find. They have beautiful terrace and cheap drinks. I loved the kitchen the most! I appreciate the concept that past travellers donated their foods for other travellers. I saved some money for foods because of that.
The first guy who checked me in, (wearing a T shirt with the band Brand New and glasses and was British, I forgot his name but I hope that helps) was extremely friendly and very helpful in terms of what to see and do. The girl who was supposed to be running the 24 hour check out was hanging out with her friends in the kitchen when I tried to check out at 5AM. But in general they're a very nice group. If there was air conditioning it was not working. Old building but good Wifi and location.
Great hostel, only things that I did not like were no padlock lockers and poor outlet placements. They do have lockers that operate with the room key but rather annoying to figure out and small, only the super important things will fit. The staff is amazing and super helpful, really knowledgable and feel more like friends than just a staff. Loved my time there!
very nice hostel. didnt like that the security deposit boxes didnt work and also didnt really like the staff either. room lacked outlets. extremely nice kitchen, very big. actually all the facilities were very nice. nice shower, floor towel and hand soap were also appreciated. no free breakfast was a bummer. good location. would recommend, would stay here again.
