Location is perfect. Right smack on Granville St within walking distance from the City Centre metro. Large social room to meet different people from all over. Met lots of French and Germans on the first night I arrived and we went out clubbing for someone's birthday party. Good security measures whereby the pin for the door is changed daily at 2pm. Washer and dryer services included. Towel available in case you forgot to bring yours.

I will gladly stay here again. I like how they enforce the quiet time starting at 11pm. Good move.

Just an excellent vibe about the whole place. A big hostel, but with a familiar feel. Bathrooms could have been better. Bar in the lobby was brilliant. I would definitely come back.

Excellent location right downtown. There is one bathroom per gender on each floor - thankfully, it didn't get too crowded. Entrance to the corridors is by a password that changes daily, and your own room is opened with an old-fashioned key.

i my opinion suppose to be breakdfast with some sort of meat .and unlimited access for caffe all day .

One of the best hostels I've ever lived in. Excellent breakfast! They provide freshly baked bagels and muffins every morning. You can just eat as much as you want!

Really nice and clean cut place. The facilities were all top notch and the sports channels and cheap drinks in the downstairs bar were a huge plus. The staff were fantastic, they were all knowledgeable about the area and were genuinely very friendly. All in all, I had a great stay, my only complaint being that it was just too big to get to know people properly. Not anyone's fault but I have experienced better in other hostels in that respect.

probably the best hostle experience for me so far. The staff was nice and helpful- It was youthful and active just what I need - especially for solo backpackers.

The 6 bed dorms were the smallest rooms I've ever stayed in at a hostel. Was overly cramped with 6 beds and lockers.

Big, fun hostel right in the middle of the Granville St. bar/club/restaurant area. Going out in Vancouver can be expensive, so the food and drink specials at the bar downstairs can be a great bargain. The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were all kept very clean, and the staff was great. The only negative that comes to mind is the size of the main common area - it's a bit small for a hostel that size, and many times there wouldn't be a single place to sit down. Otherwise, no complaints.

Fun hostel, great to meet people. Good breakfast, not great bathrooms, really helpful staff, amazing location!

Totally worth it

It one stage there were only 2 male showers working out of 9, food weren't bad in the Restaurant, I stayed for just over 2 weeks wouldn't say no to staying there again, but if your on a budget stay somewhere else

The front desk staff are really helpful. The English guy from Liverpool spent a long time telling me about all the cool stuff there was to do in the area and as a result of this I went to Lynn Valley which was very beautiful. The dorms are ok although a little small. The one complaint I would have is the noise coming from either the downstairs bar or a bar nearby. It was so loud that I couldn't get to sleep and I had to go and read in the common room until midnight until the noise had stopped.

Great hostel. Dan, Doug and Hayley were awesome. Great bar. Stay here. You won't regret it.

Great atmosphere, and great staff, it was a pleasure to be there and I didn't want to leave!
