Great place! Quite, extremely clean and they treat you with a respect and care! We had a blast! ps. The restaurant just on the corner is so good! Nice location!

we were in the 2nd floor. The rooms were very basic, but clean. Us was told that the 2nd was closed from May 1st onwards because it was too old.

My stay at Samuel's was great, very clean, nice guy, but one thing that REALLY bothered me was that the door to my room didn't actually lock, I was given a key and told it did, but when you turned the lock it never actually stopped the door from opening. Thankfully I didn't have any issues, but I was a little nervous about leaving my valuables in my room all day. Also the check in sheet was helpful, but a little rude, it addressed us like we were wild teenagers on Spring Break.

Decent little place rather centralized. Very nice bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms. It was rather difficult to find however.

We stayed in Samuel's Guesthouse for 4 nights during April. The hostel met all our expectations, even surpassed them. We were extremely satisfied with the friendliness of the staff, their punctuality and responsibility. The location is perfect, near Plaza de Espana which is in the ideal centre of Palma with the major bus/train station nearby. The view from our room was fantastic, overlooking the row of palm trees on the boulevard. You could even use the excellent kitchen facilities (oven, etc.)

Very friendly staff and excellent location. Right next door to Placa d'Espanya, which is a perfect spot for those who want to enjoy the centre of Palma and explore the island (train and coach stations nearby). Plus, buses to and from the airport stop in the avenue where the guesthouse is located..

In general - very good stay - the kitchen is wonderful and well stocked. However, you should figure out what you want to do on your own as there is not hostel staff around 24/7 for you to ask questions or get suggestions. There is also very little informational handouts or even maps in the hostel. Thankfully the tourist center is close by.

Great place, like renting a bedroom in an apartment. Best service ever! It's hard to find, so you let them know when you'll be checking in so they can watch for you getting off the city bus across the street. My friend got really sick the second day we were there and the guy who checked us in offered to take us to the doctor. When we said thanks but no, he went out and bought some medicine for her! Really sweet staff, quiet place, and central to everything in Palma.
