Not only did the hostel provide false information as to their facilities (bar area not available, impossible to spend time by the pool and beach because of noise), the manager was rude and gave false information as to how I could go about receiving my deposit back after we chose to check out after the first night. When I argued about their policy she threatened to make an unauthorised charge against my account. Terrible customer service and false advertising. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Really really nice place and only a few steps to the beach - the beach is covered in bars and activities. Pretty far from the pier and airport (30mins), but there are taxis everywhere and the hotel rents bikes out for only 100bht a day!

Don't think it's worth the price we paid for this place! First of all the resturaunt was under construction! They did still serve food which was good but the pool was dirty and the rooms had a sheet no blanket or anythig so it was freezing wih the sheets. On our last day we stayed somewhere else paid less and I would consider it 5 star compared to this! If u are looking for a hostel I guess it's okay but not a good hotel

The hotel was going true some renovation, so noise from 7h in the morning until 9h in the evening. Really disappointed in the friendlyness of the staff. The shower was above the toilet.... 1 advantage: You can shower and go to the toilet at once!

This Resort is one of the things we liked best of the whole island :) Very friendly and kind staff, clean areas, nice pool and bar, and a beautiful access to the beach. I fully recommend it :)

Great place to stay just south of Lamai and close to the intriguing stone structures. We got upgraded to room no 2 which was really nice and specious 50 meters from the beach and pool. Amazing value for money. The beach location is quite and the sea has deep water. It's only a 15min walk away on the beach to the happening Lamai centre. Staff were ok. Overall Highly recommend it....

Had a lovely weeks stay here. At first we were in a basic room, which didn't have air con just a fan. We were told that it would cost a considerable amount more. The room was very uncomfortably hot at times and it was a lot cooler outside. We upgraded to a better room in the end, which I couldn't fault. The resort is great value for money. My main negative would be the restaraunt staff. The service was very slow, and weren't very attentive. However I would definetely recommend.
