Neither gorgeous nor luxurious, but amazing if you know what you're looking for: A small, quiet, green, clean, comfy resort away from all the partying, located right on Lamai Beach. The small restaurant has a wide selection, although one of the waiters was downright rude & made me feel unwelcome everytime. The street is only five minutes away, offers some small supermarkets & loads of massage places. For the price I expected a softer bed & maybe AC, but that's about the only criticism I have.

Excellent value for money. Nice and quiet for relaxing. Would be boring to be there on your own, definitely a couples resort. A solid 15 minute walk down the beach to the more exciting area, but scooters can be rented for very cheap to check out the rest of the island.

Great hostel right on the beach for such an amazing price. The owner is so helpful and really makes I as easy as possible for the stay. Food is good in restaurant and overall it's a great place.

We had a lovely stay here, I would definitely say it is more suited to couples as it is a little out of the way but it does have a lovely pool area and is about a 15 minute walk down the beach to get to the nightlife area of Lamai. When we got there we found we had been upgraded to an AC room instead of a fanroom for the same price which was lovely of them. The room also got cleaned every morning. Considering it was so cheap it was a lovely place to spend a few days.

This isn't in the party section of koh Samui, but regardless it is a beautiful place 20 seconds from the ocean/beach. The rooms are nice. The only thing I would complain about is how loud the damn frogs are.

We found the staff very pleasant and helpful, I needed a needle and thread and they even could help us with that. Grateful for the beach towels that they supplied.

A little further from the downtown Lamai beach area, but a great pool and beach access, and still an easy 15 minute walk. Good restaurant and nice and friendly and helpful staff.

Absolutely fantastic :) The Resort it's really peaceful and on a beach so if you are looking for a bit a chill (before/after the full moon party maybe!!) it's the perfect place. The rooms are big and inside we've found everything was necessary to stay comfortable. If i'll ever go back to Samui island i'll definitely get at Samui Beach Resort.
