1. Cancellations for Low Season ( 1 May'10 - 14 Jul'10/16 Sep'10 - 31 Oct'10/1 Nov 10 - 19 Dec 10 / 1 May 11 - 14 Jul 11/16 Sep 11 - 31 Oct 11), can be made at least 2 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty 1 night.

2. Cancellations for High Season (11 Jan'10 - 30 Apr'10/15 Jul'10 - 15 Sep'10/11 Jan 11 - 30 Apr 11/ 15 Jul 11 - 15 Sep 11), can be made at least 14 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty 50% of total stay (minimum 1 night)

3. Non - refundable for Peak Season (20 Dec'10 - 10 Jan'11)

- No show for Low Season carries a penalty of 50% of the total room nights booked or a minimum of 1 night.
