Great place with a delicious breakfast! We were only here one night, but the room was comfortable and close to the main square. The staff were really helpful with taxis and booking tour.

The facilities were probably the best in all the hostels we stayed in during the trip in Peru. Although it was probably too quiet for some backpackers, it was quite fine for us. We very much enjoyed the internet and computer. The room was spacious. Hot water was reliable. The breakfast was nice. Very much worth the money!

We got ROBBED in this hotel! We only noticed because we stayed 2 nights. The first day we thought it was our mistake and that we'd lost some cash somewhere but the second morning when we went up to our room after breakfast we realised that more cash had gone missing. We had locked the door while having breakfast so it's got to be one of the staff. It is done in a clever way so clients don't notice and only half the cash is taken. If you do stay here make sure you always carry valuables with you.

I think it is a hotel rather than a hostel. It's clean and the staff are very nice who helped us to book the bus tickets. Pick up service from the bus terminal was appreciated. Nice breakfast. Just 5 to 7 minutes walk to the center of Puno. I would recommend San Antonio Suites if you are looking for a hotel style accommodation.

Probably the best service we've ever had in a hostel, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay awesome. The front desk girl (I'm sorry I don't know her name) were very proactive in booking us transportation and doing other things that most staff would never go out of their way to do. Plus our bus was several hours late so we had to stay elsewhere, and they didn't charge us for the missed night, which was very nice. Don't look elsewhere - this is the place for you!

More a hotel than hostel. They picked me up at the bus station for free. Very nice breakfast. Nice staff. Bit tricky shower, but hot water. Bit dark and gloomy atmosphere, however they provide heather which is nice in chilly weather. Would stay there again.

The staff was proactive and picked us up at the bus terminal. The breakfast was marvellous with variety of choices. It only required a few minutes walk to the central plaza.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. We booked our lake tour to the floating islands with them and our bus trip to Copacabana. Nice place to stay. I would recommend it.

This hostel has a great location near the main plaza of the city. Staff were exceptionally helpful, we messed up our lake Titicaca visit and woke up too late, with only one day to see it, they were able to get us onto the overnight trip that left later and arranged to meet up with the day trip for us. Very impressed. Would definitely recommend, plus breakfast is among the best of our 3 month trip.

Manuel and Victoria, the couple that owns and runs the hotel, seem to have thought of everything. They provide a space heater for chilly nights, an extra pillow and blanket in the closet, laundry service, free airport pick-up, and a fantastic breakfast. Actually, it's by far the best hostel breakfast I've had. They'll help you book tours of the islands. They'll show you where the good dinner spots are. They will make you feel comfortable and welcome. San Antonio Suites made my stay in Puno!
