We turned up to the hostel expecting to pay €33.30 for the room we had reserved for the night only to be told it was more like €90 we had to pay. Shocked, we showed them the email from this site and they kept insisting they couldn't do rooms for that cheap (I beg to differ but...). So we let them make some calls and went back half an hour later and thankfully they decided to give us the room for the price we had been told online. I really wouldn't have been happy paying much more though.

The hostel is clean and indeed recently renovated. The room that we stayed in had 6 beds that were really really close to each other - think like 6 beds in a room suitable for 2. Fortunately, we were there in May, which is off season and there was nobody else in the room, so we had no real issue. I'd say the hostel is ok if you only want to use it for sleeping and a shower (a good shower). It also has a terrace on the last floor with a nice street view that could serve as a common area.
