Carolina and I got to the hostel, we had booked three days. The last day we had booked were not going to use because the date of a flight was changed by the flight enterprise. The employee said that we had to pay in full. we decided to move to another hotel. The employee told us that then we should pay one night, we spoke to another owner and was completely rude.I had to threaten to call the police to let us go (the door opens with a button that he commanded inside the counter).
