The location is great (near the shops and metro, etc). The facility is very small and cozy. My only issue was the noise level at night, the walls are very thin so I could here the conversations in the next room. However,The staff is very cool and fun! This hostel creates a good level of trust between the employees and clients.

Staff were excellent and very welcoming, putting on a free pasta dinner and getting involved with group activities. Hostel is in a great location and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.

My home in Barcelona, it was my second time there, and I wouldnt go anywhere else!! I had such a great time again, everybody was lovely and the place is really clean. Perfect place to chill out at the end of the afternoon before going out with the pub crawl. I love the guys working there during the day, I just have a small reservation concerning the new guy who stays at night, he doesnt have the hostel spirit in my opinion, but we stil had a lot of fun!!

Had a great time here! VERY close to a metro stop and only about a 10-15 minute walk from La Rambla. Easy to meet people in the common room and an organized activity every night! Carmelita was a doll! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Everyone who worked here was super friendly and helpful, and I could walk pretty much everywhere I wanted to go. The hostel is a little bit hard to find the first time, because the sign is small, but the security is excellent and as I said before, everyone who worked there was amazingly nice and always willing to lend a hand/make suggestions.

Very good hostel. Location is perfect - close to the most important places! The metro station is 2 minutes by feet. Very clean, staff is very friendly and helpfull. The only minus is that it was very noisy in the night because you can hear everything that people say in the common room. But it is a hostel with a lot of people, so I can understand it. Thank you for a perfect trip to Barcelona! =)

I loved my stay at St. Jordi; the hostel felt like a home away from home. There was a great sense of community, especially with the common room opening into the kitchen. Mikel made our stay so much fun by engaging with us and making lots of jokes. The hostel was very clean and comfortable; I saw a cleaning lady each morning. I really appreciated the lockers in the room and the individual shower rooms. The location was great and made it easy to walk places. I would definitely recommend!

Brilliant stay! The staff are fantastic and really take care of you. It felt like staying at a friends flat, and not a hostel.

This is the best hostel I've stayed in. The hostel is very sociable, with people going out together each night. The staff are warm and very friendly and always up for a chat. Awesome hostel in an awesome city! I will be booking again for Summer!

Arago was our favorite out of the three Sant Jordi hostels we've stayed at (Diagonal and Sagrada Familia were the other two). A bit smaller but Arago had a much more fun atmosphere. Perfect hostel for a weekend stay.

Review I spent 5 days at this hostel & honestly had the best time. Being a solo traveller it was the perfect choice as the hostel has a great fun & homely atmosphere, making it really easy to make new friends. What made my trip however were the incredible staff. They were amazing with tips regarding sight-seeing & restaurants. Nights out with them on the daily bar crawls were so much fun too. Thank you Mikel & Carmelita!
