Review I spent 5 days at this hostel & honestly had the best time. Being a solo traveller it was the perfect choice as the hostel has a great fun & homely atmosphere, making it really easy to make new friends. What made my trip however were the incredible staff. They were amazing with tips regarding sight-seeing & restaurants. Nights out with them on the daily bar crawls were so much fun too. Thank you Mikel & Carmelita!

Great small hostel in a convenient location. The facilities were great, I appreciated the computers that were available for free and the TV which could play program's in English! Beds were comfortable and the staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great hostel. Staff are friendly happy to help with anything they can. Bar crawls were awesome with Carmelita. Good location close to cheap supermarkets and easy to find from the bus stop.

Good location. The smallest hostel in a chain of hostels, it was supposed to be quiet and good for having a chill night. The walls are paper thin and the staff seemed to not care about the amount of noise people made when they came back. The staff was great other than that, the only common room is the kitchen.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience at Sant Jordi! Because of the size of the hostel, it is really easy to meet other travelers, and the staff was wonderful as well, especially Mikel! He gave great recommendations (check out the Harlem Jazz Club, and ask him what the best timing is for lighting at Sagrada Familia) and he really made everyone feel at home. We had a great time on the pub crawl as well! If you're looking to have a good time in Barcelona, this is the place to be!

The staff is great, they were all really helpfull and kind, made us feel at home. It`s not that easy to find nice people working in the hostel business, willing to help and to do it with such a possitive attitude!! Special thanks to Mikel for making our stay in Barcelona so great!!

I have stayed in hostels all over Europe. Sant Jordi Arago was easily one of the best hostels I stayed in. The facilities were cleaned everyday, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the tv room had a lot of movie choices. Those things can be found in nearly every hostel throughout Europe. What makes Sant Jordi stand out is it's staff. They are genuinely friendly and easygoing people. In fact, this is the only hostel in which I made a life long friend in the staff.

This place absolutely made my holiday. It's is perfectly located within walking distance of la rambla, the beach, all the tourist attractions as well as bars and clubs. The staff are really friendly and happy to help with anything and the place has a great atmosphere. The usual pre going out drinks are horrifically cheap and a great way to meet people in the hostel before the staff take you out to which club is good that night. I really couldn't recommend this place enough for a good time!

Absolutely loved this hostel. The atmosphere was awesome and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The pub crawls and Sangria nights were great. Lockers were big enough to fit all valuables. The kitchen facilities are great and the movie room has hundreds of movies to watch. Would definetly stay here again! Thanks guys!!!

It felt like attending a home party, and this in a very good sense. Friendly staff enthusiastic to organize us a great evening. Nevertheless, we had a good sleep afterwards. The hostel is quite small, which makes it very easy to meet other travellers. We had a really great time and we know where to stay next time in Barcelona!

Staff was very friendly! We didn't arrive until 11:30 and they waited for us to get there and then waited for us to go out to the bar the hostel was taking guests to that night.

the location and the staff is great. but the hostel is too small and only mix room is not that convenient. i live the room just besides the reception and the kitchen so it is quite noisy and impossible to fall asleep if others are talking there. the night i spent, there was a group of people came back late around 1pm and i can hear them talking . the bed stuff is clean, but the decoration of the room is too simple and not comfortable . no bed lamp and no access to power charge up bunk.
