We had an awesome time at Sant Jordi Arago! Everybody (other travellers and the lovely staff) were very warm and welcoming. Good common room and kitchen space, lots of information on free walking tours/things to do in Barcelona + nightly events - a great way to meet other travellers! Large lockers, very safe and everyone respectful. Keep in mind, this is a (fairly small) party hostel - so a lot of fun, but not tons of room or privacy. If you're not so up for the party, maybe not for you.

After staying in 4 other Sant Jordi hostels, Arago was a bit of a let down. The location is unbeatable~a few jumps from the renfe airport train/metro&famous Gaudí buildings. Hence, Casa Batlló is in the same block! But other than that it was noisy, and not just from the Arago highway. It was small, almost too small. The big dorm had some weird construction in it and in general the overall feeling wasn't right for me. I still feel sorry for the Japanese girl who couldn't sleep due to the noise.

Overall it was good. The staff is friendly and the people there is easygoing. However, it was a little noisy in the kitchen at night, especially when I was staying in the room next to the kitchen. BTW, the locker is large enough, excellent!

I've been to a lot of hostels throughout my travels, but this is the BEST hostel I've ever stayed at. I only planned on staying 3 days, but extended my stay to 10 days of awesomeness!! The best staff, great environment for making new friends, and nightly social activities. I'm truly going to tell EVERYONE who comes to Barcelona to stay here!!!! I wish I could've stayed longer.

This hostel was amazing. In the middle of old town and new town, its a perfect location and walking distance for anything. The surrounding area is very safe, even in the late hours of the night were I walked home from many of the surrounding clubs and bars and never once felt unsafe. The best thing about this hostel was the staff! very friendly, resourceful, energetic and fun! I would stay longer if I could! Special thanks to Mikel, Carmelita and Gustavo! you 3 made my trip.

The staff there are great but generally this hostel is over rated. Very average building the travellers there are not very interesting mostly American or ausie students zzzzzz. Think this was my least favourite hostel in Spain. Barcellona needs more walking tours. Think this hostel needs to maybe do a meal in the evening, some free sangria or a tapas tours. Needs to do something to spice up the experience. There must be better hostels in barca.

I had a perfect time at Saint Jordi's Aragó.I arrived by myself to look for a flat to stay for some months in BCN and they made me feel like at home. The staff is great, friendly and always willing to help you in whatever you need.It was the cleanest hostel where I stayed until now and its cozy atmosphere makes it unique,Moreover, they arrange something to do every night. So if you're alone travelling, you can go out together with all the people of the hostel.Highly recommended!

Could have canceled my flight and just moved in here permanently. Perfect location, AMAZING staff. By far the most amazing hostel I have stayed in in the last six months. It was like one huge family the second we walked in the door. If you're going to Barcelona. Look no further than here!

I can't really express how incredible my stay was. My 2 classmates and I have been recommending St. Jordi Arago to anyone traveling to Barcelona. Hopefully you guys will get more Americans headed your way. Also, I loved that you had left over hairspray/soap/shampoo. It was a small touch that made a large impact on my impression of St. Jordi Arago. Stay classy.

Sant jordi was like a family! Everyone there was so nice! It was one of the smaller hostels I've stayed at so I was a bit skeptical at first, but it was amazing! You feel like youre back at home hanging with your family! Stay here if you are in Barcelona! Anything you need to know about the city, they will help you figure it out! Best experience :)
