Sant Jordi Diagonal Hostel Reviews

Very good, clean with great facilities, the wifi was great and there were computers to use as well. Has a nice big kitchen equipped with everything you need and free tea :) There are many nice little areas to hang out and there's a large dining room as well. Bathrooms are clean, no complaints. Overall a fantastic choice!

The place was excellent. Aside from the shared showers with the entire floor, I cant really think of anything I can change. They have a large TV with many movies on it, and 3 lounge areas where you may socialise and meet people. The computers were free too despite one continuously crashing. Definitely recommended. For the value you get, it is probably the best hostel I have been to out of the last 10 or so.

A very nice hostel in the heart of the city, though kind of difficult to locate upon arrival. They provide free lockers and computers; which were a very helpful after being pick pocketed.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I never felt like I or my belongings were ever in any danger. The location is in a good part of Barcelona, but it is on a major road that can make it difficult for some to get some sleep (loud traffic). Nevertheless, I had an extremely positive experience and would absolutely stay again.

The staff is great and very helpful. The common room is pretty cool plus you have your own little kitchen. Right across the street from one of the main shopping roads and the metro station. The lockers are quite small though. The staff isn't 24 hour either. But still, i would stay again. Great vibe.

Way too few toilets. Noisy in the sense that if anyone talked in the common rooms, it was heard also behind closed bedroom doors. Otherwise fine!

Excellent staff and service, helpful for pointing out good places to feed, sightsee, spend a lazy afternoon at etc. The place felt safe enough that I could leave my laptop on the table and still find it there a while later. Point people in the direction of La Pepita right behind the hostel - the food and atmosphere there is excellent

I spent a great time in Diagonal. The staff is very nice, Magda, Laura, everybody there and location too. Just a few steps for the Barrio de Gracia, Paseo de Gracia and the Gotic.

We had such a great time here! The staff was fun and the facilities were so clean. One of the best hostel experiences I've ever had!

I traveled alone but felt very safe and in the middle of friends, always ready to help or talk.

I Have an excellent stay in Sant Jordi! Every night is an event to go out, also a good place to meet new friends. The satff were great and really helpful. Nothing to complain, I really recomend Sant Jordi! Excellent location also, one block from the Metro!

I lost all my prejudice that I had about hostels, it was very nice and fun and I felt very safe and secure.

This hostel meets more than just your needs. I love it here, I hate to leave. It feels like home. What else could you ask for? Awesome location, best staff and wonderful people. Would recommend it to everyone!

This is the most chilled of the 5 Sant Jordi hostel in Barcelona. I like that about it. The beds are good, it has lockers and a great common room area which was always in use during the evening. Someone is always going out to a pub every night which is good if you want to check out some nightlife. The hostel is close to the Passieg de Garcia. I walked a lot but the hostel is also very close to public transport. Matthias is a cool guy. Highly recommended.
