This was a very good hostel.
Yes, there are 2 or 3 dogs, but they don\'t even bark or disturb you.

It was extremely difficult for us to find the hostel. There should be much clearer directions given from the hostel, as well as providing the address in Chinese.It was extremely difficult for us to find the hostel. I have stayed @ blue sky many times & will again.I disagree with the complaints about the dogs @ blue sky.I don't think he stepped outside his room to see that there are many other dogs in the alley who are barking often. the dogs at blue sky are barking at the goingons on the street not at the guests.they are the security and help to guard the guests and their belongings. the logo sign for "hostelling international" tells guests that this is a safe place to stay.I have stayed @ blue sky many times & will again.I disagree with the complaints about the dogs @ blue sky.I don't think he stepped outside his room to see that there are many other dogs in the alley who are barking often. the dogs at blue sky are barking at the goingons on the street not at the guests.they are the security and help to guard the guests and their belongings. the logo sign for "hostelling international" tells guests that this is a safe place to stay....Close

A nice hostel. Great soft beds :) And very friendly staff.
But DON'T GO DIVING IN SANYA!!! It was terrible, worst diving ever!!! Why would the nice staff recomend us the divingtrip when it is so bad???? A nice hostel. Great soft beds :) And very friendly staff.

I enjoyed my stay, however the dogs are barking throughout the night making it very difficult to have a good sleep. I was told there was no alternate room away from the dogs. Had a really good time at this hostel, good staff and met a bunch of funny people. One thing to mention is that you shouldn't go there if you don't like dogs, cuz there is a lot of them at this hostel. Here's my two cents. If you're looking for the Hyatt you're on the wrong site. Seriously... a hostel = a cheap (and in this hostel's case, comfortable) clean bed to sleep in. We spent our days surfing and chilling on the beach. It's all about value for money.
