The hostel/hotel is located in the heart of Sapa. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are more than ok. In the evening the front gate closes so motorbikes are safe. When in Sapa again, I will go there again without a doubt.

The owners were very kind to bring us heater and extra blankets to our room, as it was very cold in Sapa. I heard some rooms were moldy, but my room was pretty decent. Breakfast was definitely a plus!

The hostel advertised different extras to what was available on arrival (one being a heat source during a cold winter in Sapa). The first room we were given had a broken window frame and a stream of water running down the wall next to one of the beds. Once we refused to stay in this room we waited another few hours and got given a better room with a mobile heater. The hostel was the family business and resulted in quite noisy early mornings due to the construction of holes between bathrooms.....
