The staff is honest, the hotel is clean, it s close from the principal tourists atractions. As it is cold at night they have blanckets that are electric and warm. It includes the breakfast that is always good. They give good information on were to go depenting on the weather. It's possible and easy to rent a motorbicicle and they have small maps that can help. They are not expensive and not pushy to sell but always helfull.

Hotel is in a lovely building, good location, nice atmosphere, owner is very friendly. Nice (but simple) breakfast included. The hotel is fairly basic (no heating in rooms or rugs so very very cold during the day and at night. Not terrible value for the money considering Sapa is quite touristy, but have definitely found better value for money elsewhere in Vietnam. Put a heater in each room & this place would be excellent. Tours were on the pricey side so definitely negotiate or shop around
Very nice hostel and lovely staff, very helpfull and very very good value for money. The double room was nice with privante bathroom. They can organise a tour with all that u want on your budget or helping u if u want to do it by yourself.
Staff was helpful, location was about 5-10 minute walk to the Main Street.
Lovely large room with mosquito nets. Clean but bins not emptied daily. Nice breakfast served on the balcony by friendly helpful staff. The room was ready when we arrived from the night train and they let us use a room to wash before the night train back-very thoughtful and a real bonus! 3mins walk to restaurant street and you can walk from the door on a couple of routes. Sadly we booked a day walking tour though them and it wasn't what we were expecting at all, not recommended.
A young couple run this lovely hostel in Sapa and provide an extremely friendly and homely atmosphere. The lady, in particular, goes out her way to help guests and is someone you will warm to quickly. We love her!
