When we were in Sapa, it was very foggy which made the room very humid and cold in the evenings. AC to dry the air or a small heating device would have helped a lot. Staff at the reception was wonderful, very nice and doing their best, no complaints at all. The only thing to complain about is that they tended to clean our room when we were coming back from breakfast - waiting 15 to let us leave would have been more comfortable. But as a whole, it was a nice stay :)
