Great location, close to two railway stations and on the line to Heathrow. Good range of restaurants a short walk from the hotel. Friendly staff but didn't clean my room or change the towels for 3 days.

The hotel is quite random, location good though. I had stayed in Sara Hotel before and I remember that the breakfast was better. Anyways, if you are looking for a place where to get some rest after a long day of sightseeing in London, this hotel is the best one in terms of price and location.

This is in a city so it is understandable that the rooms are small. Cleanliness of the room was good but the bathroom always had an odd odor. I liked the breakfast and the desk staff. Although it said the bathroom was shared, it was not. That was very nice as I am a older woman. This is England so bring your wool sweaters. Heating was to an English standard-great for sleeping but not for sitting and working on a computer. The internet worked well.

The hostel is dirty, there was some hair in the shower and they didn't even change the towels! Rooms are tiny and noisy. One could hear the other guests talking all night. Staff is friendly, but it doesn't worth it at all.

This hotel was extremely dirty, smelled terrible, had black mold in the bathroom. The room was tiny, the drapes were disgusting, I could not stop sneezing all night long. The shared bathroom was cold, dirty, the toilet didn't flush, and the shower was barely functional. I booked the hotel for 3 nights but left after 1 because of the conditions even though they refused to refund the 2 nights I did not stay. Do not stay here.

No hand towel, uncomfortable bathroom, you have to wash your hands inside the room.

I've never stayed in a worse place in my life. The mattress was stained, absolutely disgusting and literally unusable on one side. It should have been thrown out 10 years earlier. The room was tiny and the bathroom door had to be left open if you were sitting on the toilet. I asked to cancel my last night with 46 hours notice, and they said I couldn't because they required 48. Walls are paper thin, was woken up one night. Only 4 channels. Disgusting blankets

Very cramped, narrow room with 4 beds for 4 person - no space. Room was stinked. The beds old - not maintained. We didn´t enjoy the stay in hotel. For sleeping only.

Very hospitable and lovely gentleman on Reception. Breakfast was really homely and served by a very nice lady. Room was clean, cosy and warm. Good value.

Good location at the "rear" exit of Earl's Court station (Warwick Road / Exhibition) which is convenient, generally friendly staff, quiet location, breakfast was simple but good, internet works well, only issue is low water pressure in the large but cold shared bathroom - would not want to stay there during winter because of this.

Good value for money in london. Excellent location, safe area. Basic but clean.

The location is very good, 4 min to Earls Court station that connects with main lines of London. It looked clean. The aesthetic looked nice for this kind of budget hotel. I can't talk about the breakfast because I didn't tried it, and I didn't interact with the staff, but they looked nice. The room wasn't well isolated so it was cold at night, but there was a heater and it worked well, so no problem. The only problem was the shared bathroom: no pressure in the shower and a freezing cold bathroom

The location is very close to Earl's Court station, so as long as the tube works it is a good location. The breakfast is very poor and the room was cold, but the wifi works without any problem

The hotel is ok: clean, very well located (just 4min from the tube). I stayed in single private room (en suite), which I found extremly small, but I guess it was all right for 1 -2 nights. The breakfast is included, although don't expect too much as it's just tea/coffe, cereals, yoghurt and toasts - basic stuff. I can recommend this hotel for short stays

Excellent location, close to a major subway station. Good value, helpful staff. A minor problem is the small number of breakfast tables, so you may have to wait a little on busy days.

It was pretty much what i expected from a budget hotel, but below average when compared to hotels I stayed at prior for the same price range.

The place is well kept, is clean, and is in an excellent location close to nearby varied selection of restaurants and convenience stores. They changed room linen on a daily basis too. Very efficient staff no doubt. The small reception area posed two problems: In peak season, expect a squeeze +queue + encouragement to hurry through one's breakfast. Secondly, there is not much space to leave luggage, and you will be charged per item (even if it's a paper bag).

Good location for seeing London. Free breakfast better than average.
