A nice, well-located place. The breakfast was quite nice and the view from the breakfast room is lovely. The rooms are a little tight. The only real downside was how damp the bathroom was as there shower is just a shower head on the wall, it's hard not to get the whole floor in the bathroom pretty wet. Having shower shoes in a place like this would be a big help.
Nice view, nice atmosphere! I loved that place!
Overall, I had a good experience but food hygiene is not good enough. E.g., feta cheese (packaging already opened, partly used) was left on top of the kitchen table top instead of being stored in the refrigerator overnight. Also, a big dustbin in the kitchen used for organic waste etc. is right next to a bowl of fruits and the big dustbin is not covered up. There were bed bugs in the 6 bed mixed dorm. I got bitten, so did a roommate of mine.
So nice place and then orner is so kindly friendly . It is so perpect. I am recomernt you.

Really nice staff, helped us out with anything. Good location
Will definitely go back to the Sato Cave if I'm back in Goreme! Excellent owners Selami and Osmann make you feel at home. One of the best breakfasts I've had at any hostel - equal to one in Florence! View from the terrace over Goreme and towards the fairy chimneys, close to the main street, wifi access, clean, and you can sleep in a real cave - a must do for this region. Unique and decorated more like a hotel than a hostel (in fact I think it is also a hotel, but with dorm rooms available
First: it is a pension not a hostel, so we dont have access to the Kitchen, what make backpackers a bit frustrated. The breakfast is very nice, but it seems made for a spa, just small pieces of everything. Its not enough to for a person be up for the day. The rooms are very nice, but in the toilet they could do something to separate the shower to the toilet, because after a shower all is wet. It is just a tip for the owner. Everything was ok. Thanks guys.
