Sharing one bathroom between 9 people (could have been 12 had the hostel been full) was a little ridiculous. There was very little in the way of cutlery and crockery in the kitchen and only 2 seats in there. The linen and towels were clean and the hostel owner was lovely, but the whole place looked as though it would benefit from a deep clean.

Stayed in private twin w/ shared bathroom. Nice owner. Big problem: i couldn't blow dry my hair in the room and have the A/C on at the same time (in room w/out ventilation) bc of some issue with the breakers which seemed to be permanent. Also, the only mirror was in the shared bathroom. If you're a girl, it matters. Had to dry my hair using my phone's front camera. Has kitchen but no microwave so you can't reheat. Shared living room w/ lots of books! Good location. Lots of parking on street.

Staff was very helpful and professional.

This hostel is perfectly located, is priced great, with excellent accommodations. Everything I needed for an overnight in Savannah. You are within walking distance to all of the major attractions and are smack dab in the heart of the Historic District - which is perfect for strolling around, enjoying the houses and squares. I will definitely stay here again, next time I come to Savannah.

Seemed to be the only hostel in town. Fair value for what you get.

The owner Brian is a great and friendly guy so sry to say that: 1) nearly no knives in the kitchen, 2) the price is waaay to pricy and 3) if you stay in the building beside the main building you won't get WiFi. Of course you can go over there.. That is a little bit annoying but not a big deal.

The location is great, you are literary walking distance to the main attractions of Savannah

The owner is great - but this website doesn't adequately describe the rooms you are getting/paying for or that he closes part of the house during the day (and during summer months that could be a huge problem in terms of cooling off). But you can't beat this location in my opinion, and this "hostel" is not lacking in charm.

We had a great time. Brian the owner is super nice and was helpful in telling us about the area attractions and how to get there. The hostel itself is a charming building and the location is excellent. Over all I would definitely recommend staying here when you visit Savanah.
