Great location and decent rooms. Only downfall is that internet only works in the main lobby but it's not that big of an issue.
Very unfriendly staff, they seem to hate you the moment you even look at them. Never seem to be able to find anyone booking (multiple people who I spoke to while staying there had the same issue). If you lose the WiFi password they charge you 100 Baht for a bit of paper. Bathrooms not cleaned that regularly (needs to be). Type of people who stay there play lots of loud music with bass until the early hours, and argue / shout at all hours. Also take not you need 500B for key deposit.
If you're a backpacker staying in Bangkok, this is a great place to stay for a few nights. It's a large place with a restoraunt attatched and it's really close to the main streets. Just far enough away to be the cheapest place there is! We got a really nice private room with a tv for 8 bucks a night. Small rooms but worth it. No complaints for a backpacker hostel
Great place and the staff is really nice. I would recommend allowing the option of wi-fi in the rooms, even if you charge a little extra for it. I would gladly pay an additional 50 Bhat for the convenience and it really doesn't cost the guest house any extra to provide it (apart from the cost of a router). This is becoming standard in most accommodation these days anyway.
