We stayed here for a nignt and we we're pretty thankful it was only for a night. There is nothing actually wrong with the facility it is just really run down and you don't actually get what you think you will. The staff didn't speak much English although they did try to be helpful. The room was old but decently clean. No AC, only a fan although I know they have rooms with AC if you want to pay a little more for it (AC is definitely recommend). Overall our stay here was nothing special.

I have been coming to this hotel regularly since 1990. It is great value for money. The staff remember you. The food is great and amazing value for money. Try the Satay pork for dinner and mixed omelette for breakfast. it is also close to the beach and Kuta's going out places. Great for the young and young at heart.

One of two rooms was very dirty and After telli ng the Stuff they didnt Really clean it and there were a lot of Hairs on the ground. No airconditioner, you can have it but you have to Pay. The balkony is very nice and the Pool too. There was a welcome Drink and the Food in the Hotel was very good. Near to the Beach and to Shopping mall and to Partys.

Yes, the description should be amended to show that the cheapest rooms have fans and cold(ish) water...but apart from that, no negatives about this place! We are a couple who wanted to stay a bit away from the party area, not backpackers, so this was ideal.Enjoyed the pool, friendly bar staff, wifi, and breakfast--all of which are still fairly new for cheap accommodation in Asia (I'm not sure what some people who've complained were expecting). Will probably be back, it's a great value for Asia!

The room smells like mould and so did sheets. You can see mould growing up the walls.

I spent 3 nights in this hotel very close to the crazy nights of kuta. close to groceries and restaurants. The room was big enough but very basic and very warm, no hot shower but it was not so cold, towel and soap provided and cleaning done everyday. A basic breakfast 2 toasts with butter + tea/coffee and a plate of fruits. cheap dinner. good swimming pool and a driver how can get you wherever you want. This is not luxury at all but don't expect more for the price!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were lovely; good food; cheap beer; good location for us (a bit away from the main touristy strip) but very close to lots of bars/ restaurants/ markets
