The sewerage broke down and the whole hotel on the ground floor smell of sewerage. Reported this to the front desk but unfortunately they can't do anything. Imagine we had to endure the smell the whole night. The staff the next day had to wear a mask to do the laundry. This was an experience which no hotel guest should experience even though it is a budget hotel. The room I got no comment as since it is a budget room..
