The Sayta hostel is a very quiet, familiar little hostel right in the heart of beautiful Candelaria area. The location could not be better - you have all the beautiful little cafés, restaurants, bars and shops just around the corner, but you are still far enough out of it to have relaxing, quiet nights. The hostel is tiny and has a very friendly, familiar atmosphere. John, the owner, is the best!!!! Generous, always eager to help in any possible way, and very friendly at all times.
i really enjoyed my experience at Sayta. It was located in the historical area, close to the artsy/bohemian enclave. This hostel had a nice familiar atmosphere and John was a great sounding board for things to do around the city. Would highly recommend this place.
This hostel is very nice. It has great atmosphere. Mother, son and daughter are running the hostel and they are all very friendly and which I guess is very important. John is trying to help for everything. He is great. We stayed in many hostels during out trip in Colombia and definetly this hostel was the most friendly and enjoyful hostel among all of them. Its location is also good close to Plaza de Bolivar and very close to nice restaurant Gosta riz.
