At night, it's the place to be in Berlin. In other direction you reach also within 10 minutes the former Checkpoint Charlie in Friedrichstraße. Latest Review
I stayed in a double room, which could not have been more basic. In fact the whole building layout reminded me somewhat of military barracks. But if you are looking for a clean bed for a couple of nights you will not be disappointed, and you will save money compared to most other hostels in Berlin.
