Breakfast was supposed to be included in our booking. In the morning we had a coffee at the kitchen and the owner told us very unpolitely that coffee was hers not ours and even so we apologized for the misunderstood. Later she started speaking in Italian probably thinking that we were not understanding at all, she said that we should not expect breakfast or anything because th hostel was cheap and that we had gone there to make a profit of her belongings...really rude and awful...

The hostel is near the metro station and the main train station. There a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around too. The staff was very nice with me and my friend, the dorms and the two bathrooms are good. The only problem is that I wouldn't stay more then a couple of days, because people smoke inside the hostel and the stink of cigarette is very strong on corridors and kitchen.

Far from the train station but easy to get to on the metro, has kitchen facilities, washing machine but no dryer, free wifi, helpful staff (but wish they wouldn't smoke in the hostel!), lockers in the rooms.

The hostel wasn't too bad if you know that you are paying 10€/night in a city a little expensive for stay, so...your expectatives couldn't be high. We were ok, but i don't recomended for more that 2 nights.

Staff was rather unpleasant, there were 8 lockers and 9 beds in the room, there is no LOUNGE - there is one hallway with 2-3 tables with 2-3 chairs, just 2 toilets in whole hostel and 1 toilet bowl didn't have the board so you needed to sit right on the bowl.

Let's list the points: 1) The guests don't have the appartment key. Actually, the doors of the rooms are open everytime and the staff got into and out whenever they want. They don't respect the guest privacity. 2) The neighborhood is not that good as well, but, at least, it is close to a subway station (about 3 min by walking). 3) The staff smokes at the reception. So, the hostel smell is really bad. 4) My mattress was horrible, it had a hole. So, I definitelly don't reccommend it.

The hostel was actually pretty fine for what you pay for. There was no top sheet (they gave me one after I asked) but my bottom sheet had a pubic hair on it which was kind of gross. Anyways, the evening staff were fine but when I returned late at night there were two older women manning the desk who were VERY RUDE to me when I asked if there was hand soap for the bathroom. They proceeded to yell at me saying it was not their responsibility to provide hand soap. The hostel is average, not great.

When I arrived at the hostel, I felt like I wasn't sure if I had arrived at a vacated building or the right place. The windows on the whole right side were boarded up or shot through. The door was ajar and the latch broken. The whole hostel was filled with cigarette smoke. There is no common area. There is black mold completely covering the bathroom ceiling. There is mildew and food stains all over the kitchen, the sink doesn't drain, the sponge is nearly black, etc. The staff was nice enough.

This is a really good place to stay in Milan. Everything was great. The staff was very nice and helpful, there weren't any problems and it was prepared for our arrival. Also guests who stayed there were really fantastic. The price was extremely good, we stayed in a six-bed room and we paid only 9 euro + 1 euro of local tax. Linen was included in the price. Besides this we had full access to the kitchen, what was a big advantage for us. It's very close to the Duomo Cathedra. I recommend it!

Close to the metro, it is possible from the Central station and walk. Kitchen comfortable, the room too. Water in the shower is hot, the Internet is caught everywhere. Home of the old buildings, high ceilings, I liked it!

I can only recommend this hostel as a good value for money. But if you can spend more, do not go there. The staff is suprisingly unfriendly, English is WEAK. Check out this video if you wanna have idea how our communication looked like: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JAFQFvSPhQ8 They were aggresively trying to ensure "quiet". Come on guys, it's hostel for young people! Kitchen is closed at 11 or 12 at night. And there is no area for gathereing except the corridor, where the front desk also is.
