Great staff, but they were smoking all the time. However, the room was clear and non-smoking. The only problem I found is the fact that there was no kettle in the kitchen, therefore we had to boil water in a pot. Bathroom was very clean, but there was a real rush at 8-10am and 10-11:30pm. A wi-fi connection worked well.

No 'hostel character', no common room. It is also forbidden to cook in the kitchen (its only for tea or coffee). Only 2 showers for like 20-25 people means you may need to wait a lot in the morning. Hostel staff speaks rather poor English, so do not expect much of advice about the city.

Not bad. Clean & free Wi-fi. The enhance to the hostel is a little inconvenience, you will have to ring the bell from the street and they will let you in the building then the hostel. But I guess its good for security reason.

Interesting place, good character. It is iniside this old building 5-10min. from metro station and 15 from supermarket. Preety much the same with the Black and White Hostel across the hall -they put us there-. Average dorms, ventilation not perfect. I think they wont let you cook in the kitchen, just warm water and use the microwave. Very good breakfast though. I find the location to be very far from the city center-not a walking distance. Staff was helpful, spoke decent english,

This place is kind of creepy. It's like an abandoned haunted mansion looking thing. They have pictures from horror movies posted on the walls. The front desk man was really nice and helpful but the woman who works at night was not even slightly helpful and wouldn't even give me a towel to use and pay for. The room and covers were dirty and so was the bathroom. There were only 2 bathrooms making using the toilet difficult when someone was in it getting ready. Far from city center &sketchy area.

I don't know whose fault it was but I couldn't stay at this hostel. I changed my reservation from 2 nights to 1 night, but they didn't have me on the reservation list so I had to go another one, located in opposite door of the floor. anyway they at least let me have breakfast, but I wasn't pleasant at that time. So I cannot rate this one but the one that I stayed was not that bad except there is no locker in the room or even on the door. But I really liked the blanket - it was so soft and warm!

It was right next to a metro stop which was nice and convenient. It is very clean and a great option for the price.

Fairly close to the city center; we were able to walk there when we arrived (the subway closes at night), although it did take a while. The staff was very helpful, but the facilities and breakfast weren't very satisfactory (I want something a bit more nutritious than toast and chocolate spread, personally). I would say it was still worth the price.

Beautifull mosaics and marbles. Extremely helpfull and kind staff. BUT the bathroom/guest radio is less than optimal, so expect to wait a LOT to shower. And you can hear all the noises from the doors, so no sleeping after 8:00 or at night if someone is asleep talking on the little tables on the corridor. Breackfast acording to price.

Please tell us when there are Strike on so that we able to walk around with it. We only found it after things happen, and the staff told me that she already knew it long ago!

Excellent for its price. The staff were english speaking so that makes things a lot more convenient, and they were friendly and helpful. Rooms are simply furnished and clean, beds and linen were clean. There are 2 toilets to share between all guests (maximum close to 20?) but we hardly had to wait for it. Breakfast was simple, consisting of bread and jam, coffee and basic pre-packed tarts and cakes. All in all it was great and definitely value-for-money
