the best you can find in patong area. its walking distance to the beach and to the market and to anywhere around downtown patong. not the best hostel in the world but its the most practical in patong.

Good people, the cleanliness left something to be desired as we found bedbugs in our beds and several bites

Patong Beach is a horrendous area, full of seedy old men drooling over underage prostitutes, avoid if possible. That being said, this particular hostel is a few streets away from the madness and if therefore well located. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were good. In the deluxe room you are given a jacuzzi and also a television with DVD player, a great combination if you are intending on having a chilled one. In this area you could certainly do far worse than this hostel

Have been at Sea blue for 2 days, had a really good time! Only 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from Bangla road. Good aircon, nice shower and friendly staff. There's someone at the reception 24hours a day. It was clean, quiet and save. Met some great people to go out with!

away from the madness of Bangla road, but its still a 5 minute walk away. loads of lady boys next to and around the hotel so expect some attention of them ;) rooms are clean. Only 300 bhat if you want to take a girl back. At night theres a market where you can get cheap food which i'd recommend. Large rooms, Good loacation and its affordable. A backbackers ideal place to stay in patong

Me and my girlfriend stayed in seablue for 8 nights. We really loved it. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are super friendly and professional and the location is well placed, a 5 minute walk from many of the main attractions in Patong but far enough away from the night life noises that you can get a good nights sleep. This is definitely one of the best places we've stayed during 7 weeks of travelling. Good value for money (especially for the location). We really had no complaints.

The hostel is 10 min. walking to the beach and close to the markets, supermarkets and shopping malls. On the same street near the hotel, you find a lot of resturants, travel agenies,mini-bus reservation offices (THB 180 to Airport) and internet cafe, where you can get your e-tickets printed.

A good hostel over all. It is close to everything and has street food vendors, 7/11's and cafe's, restaurants all in close proximity. Far enough away from the main strip that you can sleep. A short walk to beach, markets, etc.
