I can honestly recommend Seadragon Backpackers. Its perfect location, friendly and professional staff and amazing price make it one of the best hostels in Brighton!

I enjoyed staying in Seadragonbackpackers a lot. The one of the staffs was, especially, very kind and helpful. I forgot to ask his name though... but he said he was from Czech. Facillities are clean and nice too compared to other hostels except the noise from the beds. The beds are kind of old so they keep making noise whevever people move on their beds. However, if I have a chance to travel Brighton again, I would stay in here again. I was satisfied with staying in Seadragonbackpackers . =)

Helpful staff, great security and clean...in an excellent location near to a supermarket and a few minutes walk from the seafront by the ruined West Pier. The only downsides were some folk slam the doors at night despite the signs asking them not to, and an extra choice of breakfast cereal (muesli?) would be nice.

Unfortunately this was a pretty disappointing hostel. Location was fine, but rooms are very basic & minimal. Heating did not work & we were told no extra blankets were avaliable.Staff were very rarely present at the hostel. Breakfast is included in the price but consisted of cornflakes, tea & coffee. On the first day there was some bread. Sadly the hostel lacks any charm, fun or character & I wouldn't stay there again. It would be best for a one night stop, rather than a weekend away.

Visited Brighton for a job interview, had a nice free breakfast in the morning and a great nights sleep on the best mattresses I have ever slept on in a Hostel! The staff helped me find where I had to go for the Interview and I made a few friends along the way!

One of the best hostels I have stayed in during my travels in the U.K. Rooms aren't over crowded and the staff are friendly and helpful. The receptionist, Drew, was extremely helpful advising me on sights to see and amazing nights out.

Lifeless hostel, but OK if you want a cheap bed and no disturbances. Facilities could do with a bit of an update.
