Our wish to offer a different holiday option, something that would stand apart from the standardized large tourist units, led us to create a new chapter in the hospitality industry:
The village is located about 4 km from Mastichari, 4km from Antimachia, 5 km from the airport and 26 km from the town of Kos.
The region's name is Kyparissos and is full of herbs. It is believed that in antiquity Hippocrates initiated his students at Kyparissos following a particular ritual. In any case, one thing is certain: the locale inspires special sentiments.
Every apartment has the ability to accommodate 2-3 persons in one bedroom with double or twin bed(s), bathroom with bath-tub, hairdryer, open plan living- room with convertible sofa-bed, kitchenette A/c , TV, terrace with table and chairs. Garden and/ or sea-view. Maisonettes occupying the 2nd and the 3rd floor of each house.
Access between the floors is provided by an internal staircase. Each maisonette has the ability to accommodate 2-5 persons, in two main bedrooms, and bathrooms Open plan living room - with convertible sofa bed, kitchenette, A/C, TV, balcony with table and chairs. Sea-view.

This property has a 1 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.

Cancellation policy: in case of cancellation 24 hours prior to arrival 1 night cancellation fee will be charged.
During High Season (July -August ) in case of cancellation 3 days prior to arrival 1 night cancellation fee will be charged. In case of No-Show 50% of the entire stay will be charged.In case of unscheduled departure 50% of the entire remaining stay will be charged.
Children's Reduction: Children under the age of 4 are free of charge
