The common areas/lobbies/halls are very shabby and worn, but the actual rooms are absolutely fine. They're massive, and spotlessly clean. Friendly and helpful staff, great value for money, and the location is outstanding. The front rooms have awesome views of the Med as well. I'd definitely stay there again next time I'm in Beirut.

One of the few decent places not fully booked for NYE. The rooms are massive! Amazing sea views . Cleanliness is ok, nothing special, watch out as the hot tap is instantly scalding hot. Staff were nice enough but we had a few communication issues and although my friends had booked a room for 3 they still got charged an additional $20 per night. Excellent walking distance from Bliss St and Hamra. Not frills or anything, just a basic flat but fine.
