Overall it was a very pleasant place to stay. The rooms were spacious with a fridge, TV and good shower with plenty of hot water. The owner was a bit surly and it took at least an hour to check us in. He made us wait while he filled in the forms in triplicate, even though we had booked six months in advance and had our paperwork.

The place was overpriced for what it was. Eddy and the owners were not accommodating or welcoming. Demanding half payment within 3 days of sending their notice months before arriving (very difficult to organize while traveling through India), it took 8 calls, many emails and nearly 4 weeks to get a confirmation of payment and somehow $30 of it had disappeared. There was not hot water in the mornings or evenings and the beds were rock-hard.Very disappointed with the experience.

not recommendable, extreme problems with booking; finally they cancelled my booking against my wish,
